18 March 2008; Once the first wall went up, others soon followed.


19 March 2008; More walls.

20 March 2008 was another big day, the trusses for the roof arrived!

On the left is our contractor, right is his helper and in the middle is the hubby, helping.






On his way out, he smacked into my walnut tree!

Bye, Mr. Walnut tree smacker!

  Here they are at the end of the day, all put in their proper places.

Really starting to look like a building.

I was in the front yard taking some tree pictures when a man drove up to deliver some supplies.  He thought he was being funny when he said, "You don't have to take my picture, ha ha ha."
Yes I do!  Well I have to take a picture of your truck anyway.

If this keeps up, we'll have a real garage in no time.  Here is a view from the back yard.

27 March 2008, the very latest photos!  They didn't work today because it has been raining all day, with some snow mixed in with the rain, truly horrid weather!


You have no idea how excited I was about the door!

This little covered area at the end of the garage (toward the silo) is for covered parking for the tractor and lawn mower!
