'cept 2008, which looks bizarrely colourful - that's a remarkable winter garden.

Ooh, I'm glad you like the idea - I'd love to see some other people's first-pics!

And yes, 2008 was remarkably colourful! My first new year in the UK for a while, and that pic was at Anglesey Abbey - I was living in the House of Doom at the time - eeep!

I thought Anglesey Abbey, but if I admitted recognising a garden from one photo I would sound too much like my garden-expert mother-in-law.
