It's the same here, too. Every time I take the camera the crows seem to keep a distance. And then, when I'm without, they lose their shyness and come real close. And yes, it's a weird shaped vapour trail. I think it belongs to the one in the photo above. The trees in my icon are from one of my Hamburg photos. :-)
