Good Friday yesterday dawned clear, bright and chilly, so I decided to head out on one of my favourite walks, up to Roath Park Lake. The route takes in three large parks, all in a row, linked by the Nant Fawr stream, each separated from the last by just one little road. I somehow managed to take a huge number of pictures while I was out, so here's a selection of them – divided into two posts, as it's pretty image-heavy.

Yesterday morning I had to go into the small (but larger than my town) town just South of us.  I took the camera along for the ride.

For the next little while, I am going to be playing with the theme of the community.  After being alerted that some of the images are not showing in their entirety, I want to see if I can find a theme in which the edges aren't cut off.  The only way to truly tell if the images aren't being cropped is to look at them via various styles.

UPDATE:  Since this is a photography community, rosie55 and I think it important the photos be seen (scene?) without any edges being cropped off.  As such, we have decided this Hills theme will work nicely.  I've checked and it seems to show complete photos!  Hope you like it!
