As I mentioned in a couple of posts, yesterday (13 January 2008) was a lovely sunny day here. As a graphic illustration, I will post pictures of the preceding day and today as 'brackets' to yesterday.

Saturday 12 January 2008 at 12:53 in the afternoon. A typical Pacific Northwest winter day.

Sunday 13 January at 9:08 in the morning, beautiful!

11:20 in the morning, a few clouds, but the fluffy, puffy kind.

11:54 and the clouds have changed a bit.

12:48 the sky has streaks now, lovely.

2:15 (14:15) A bit more white than blue, but at least it isn't grey!

4:06 (16:06) As the sun goes down, the light show begins.

4:20 (16:20) and this is the last photo which isn't too dark.

Today, 14 January 2008 at 0:28 in the morning.
On days like this, there is no point to taking series photos. It's grey, then more grey, then more grey, and finally it's black. Not very exciting.
Clicking on the photos once makes them bigger, twice even bigger.
In case you are curious about the pile of wood rubbish in front of the silo, it is the wood portions of our garage/shed which blew to pieces in a November wind storm. We will eventually burn it, perhaps, if we can't find some practical use for it.
