Yes, two weeks ago everything was blooming already and then winter came back and snowed on it all. Poor tree, and no cherries this year, I bet. Now's much better :-)

That looks quite strange also all fluffy with the snow. Is the tree a Japanese cherry tree?
The weather can be quite cruel. I had trouble to get home safely ba car that weekend. There was a bit of snow up at my place, too.

I have no idea what kind of cherry tree it is if you are asking for species. As for the location: It's right here in Germany :)
